"Pleasant reception staff on arrival. Room a good size and had a great view over the lake. Would stay there again if in the area. My pet peeve is where the range of pump soap/conditioner etc are mounted in poor locations. It was difficult for me to use the soap dispenser beside the hand basin as it had been installed against the frame of the mirror. It was no deal breaker, just a peeve!"

"Lovely stylish room, friendly staff. No restaurant or bar inside the hotel, they are around the corner. We had trouble finding the hotel due to major roadwork and this should be mentioned in the welcome message. We phoned the hotel twice for direction while driving around in circles and each time got a vague response. This was not how we wanted to begin our stay. A moment of good customer service to alert guests before they arrive would have been valuable."

He left a jar of lollies for my son upon learning it was his b-day. But every other staff we I have interacted with was incredible, warm but professional, communicated well. "The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff...
