"I come here often for work and I stayed at other hotels. I have recently started staying here and I will not be staying anywhere else. Maddie and the staff here are super helpful and are always accommodating anytime I come to town no matter the time the housekeepers are friendly and it is very accessible to everything. My company stays here exclusively now."

"Excellent breakfast! Very nice hotel. There was apparently a birthday pool party happening while we stayed. There was a group of 10+ kids in the pool, and they were screaming at the top of their lungs. The parents were screaming at the kids. The walls were vibrating, you could hear the screams throughout the entire lobby area. I ended up taking my kid back to our room due to the overwhelming noise (im a mom, i get kids are having fun, but it was entirely too loud, and no respect for others). The next morning i promised my kiddo we would go back to the pool when it was more quiet, however they kept the pool "closed for maintenance" the entire next day. I also paid extra for a balcony room with a lake view, and was placed in a room on the 2nd floor with only a view of the roof & trees. When i mentioned it to the hotel i was told there was nothing they could do because i booked through expedia. I will not waste my money on a lake view next time. "
