"The only good thing about this hotel is the location other than that is horrible. As soon as I walked in you can tell this property hasn’t been maintained at all. Found blood stains on my pillow. Pay the extra and stay in another hotel."

"This hotel was an amazing retreat during our month long city hopping trip. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, right next to laundry room, excellent breakfast, and even had a private balcony where we would sit each night and reflect on the day. Very close to train station and grocery store, plus our host gave us a handy map to use. Train/bus is very easy to use in Interlaken, so sites were very easy to access and the hotel gave us a card we could use for free local public transport. The...
