"The hotel is central located. However a lot of noises at night and construction in the morning. So maybe not so good if you travel with children "

"Very good hotel in interlaken west. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Had nice garden. Good breakfast with options. Had everything we needed for our stay. Also the owner even booked a taxi for us when I requested. Only thing I would pick is it’s bit of walk from the train station if you are not used to that much walking, otherwise great hotel."

"The hotel is very charming and right on the Main Street in Interlaken. The room was very good though the mattress was too soft for my taste. The staff was cordial and helpful. Interlaken prices are high so I would say the overall value was good to very good, though not great. Also, the hotel did provide tickets for free bus transportation in town. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. "Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."
