"The staff were grate and the room and facilities were clean and in good shape. Amenities were below par (no ice maker, no desk, etc.). Food was of good quality, but limited menu--good for a fancy brunch, but not for daily fare. Location is great for Falls Church activities. Free parking is a plus. "

"There was one staff member I didn’t have a very good encounter with, but everything else was great!! All the rest of the staff were great. The only thing weird is that house keeping comes early in the morning. We had to ask them to come back later when they came at 8:30am a couple of times. "

They stated that because I booked with a third party, they could not help me. I had my third party call them several times at the correct number, and the Westin would not pick up. "Parking is tight and limited. Rooms are clean but bathrooms are outdated. Towels felt rough. Breakfast was decent but had barely any fruit. No vegan options at all. Staff was excellent and helpful. Good location."
