"The room was amazing. Plenty of space for my family. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom in the bedroom so whenever our kids needed to use The bathroom in the middle of the night the had to come into the bedroom which woke us up each time"

"Our AC at home went out and we needed a last minute place for the night. The staff was very helpful and got us checked in quickly, the room was fairly clean, the only thing I could say was the walls were a bit dirty and the locks on the door were a little questionable. Other than that we got exactly what we needed!"

"Location! Location! Location! If you have a concert at Arlington music hall, this place is close and a very easy walk. There are many restaurants near by and things to do after the concert. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Biggest negative is the train. Property is right next to train tracks. But, if you listen to white noise or something else at night, you may not notice. "

"Charged an extra $35 for event parking. All the ice machines were broken. A very no frills place to crash."

"This was a convenient place since we were in town for a concert at a nearby stadium. The rate was very reasonable and room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and bedding was good. The bath/toilet was a tight fit, towels were thin (only provided 2 bath towels & washcloths, no hand towels) and non-absorbent, good water pressure. Microwave door was jammed but my husband finagled with it to get ot open. Floor could have been cleaner but we brought house shoes."

"I would not recommend this location to anyone! I found 2 roaches in my room and I observed a seemingly shady person repeatedly knocking on the door next to my room. He moved away as I made it clear I was watching him. He went around to the side of the building. When I told the staff and showed the pictures of the roaches I was offered another room, however I did feel this would resolve the situation of roaches at this location. I found another location to complete my stay in Arlington."

"No questions asked or issues about traveling with dogs. Horrible customer service, mold growining in the shower. What looked like piss on the pillow and blankets upon first arrival to the room. They did have waffles for breakfast so thats a plus.. but literally, just waffles. No other form of hot foods, but it was also a very cheaply priced room and i fid not see any signs of unwanted bug activities either!"

While the rooms are dated and the furniture is minimal, the environment is clean, quiet, and well-managed—no loitering or trash issues at all. The standout feature is the staff; they are incredibly gracious and attentive, fulfilling requests immediately without any attitude.
