Great place to stay with low rates very clean comes with the kitchen nice area close to a freeway entertainment and restaurants will definitely be back

It was a great experience staying here at this location, it was close to shopping, restaurants and freeway. Price is ver good and it offer a kitchen with full size fridge so you can actually cook, will definitely come back again when in town

It was a mess. They don't replenish towels or toilet paper. They wouldn't fix the broken burners.

Mediocre, but no complaints

Toilet was leaking, management fixed immediately. No issues other than a muggy room not a lot of air circulation so clothes began to smell mildewy. Kitchenette and refrigerator were in perfect condition. Really no complaints after check in. Room was clean, safe convenient location.

My reservation was for 05/27/26 to 06/04/26. When I got back to my hotel room on 06/03/26 at 7:00 pm. My keycard was not functioning. I went to the front desk to get it fixed. The front staff member told me that I was no longer allowed into my room and that my stay had already ended. I attempted to show the staff member my phone with my hotel reservation details and he said he doesn't work with computers. He did not let me into my room. He held my belongs for the night and told me that I had to come the next day 06/04/26 at 11:00 am to retrieve them. I had to stay the night at another hotel. They did not refund me for the night.

The room was roach infected. I reported it the clerk and was told they would bring spray and never did. I have never been to and hotel and seen roaches. If this was not an emergency situation for my daughter and I would have have left.

The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience.

My experience at Intown Suites (Central) was very disappointing. The room had a serious roach problem, and I even found bugs in the bed. Although the staff sprayed once and said they notified the exterminator the issue was never resolved, and I was told there would be no refund. The conditions were unsanitary and uncomfortable — I would not recommend staying here.
