"Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. One of the friendly staff members kindly suggested some lunch options, which was particularly helpful since this was our first time in New York. Yes they are doing construction to the front facing part of the building so you don’t really have much of a view, but most people don’t spend a lot of time in their hotel room in New York City. Other than that, maybe I got lucky but I had an exceptional room clean, and staff are wonderful."
