Pen was a delightful hostess and made us feel so at home. She is so welcoming and warm and accommodating. The property is absolutely stunning! The home was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was made to order and delicious…we truly felt like royalty! "Beautiful, serene property with wonderful food, kind and attentive staff, and lovely hot springs-fed pools. Ducks, rabbits and terraced farms add to the peaceful mountain ambiance. I have rarely felt so relaxed. "

"This a really spacious, quiet, well- maintained property ouside of Chiang Mai, surrounded by a beautiful golf course. Away from the main roads and traffic, with clean air to breath. The room was clean and well- furnished, with a quiet balcony area. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and restaurant had good food and service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I was looking for a relaxing, quiet location away from the car exhaust fumes, noise and chaotic energy of the city, and this was a great choice! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "
