The only place to stay in Chaing Mai!

The hotel is an amazing oasis. The food and service was beyond. A quick relaxing drive from the airport and downtown Chaing Mai. The staff was so quick to respond to any request and so accommodating! It was a perfect escape from the city. The ONLY place to stay when visiting Chaing Mai. Will definitely be back.

Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly.

The tranquil and peaceful setting along with the attention to detail is other worldly and beyond any other luxury offering we have had the pleasure of experiencing. It’s Four Seasons, need I say more?

Our stay was beyond amazing. Top notch service, magical scenary, pure luxury rooms and out of this world food. There’s nothing better than staying at Four Seasons resort. Extra note-worthy: we eat vegan; there were some option on the menus of both restaurants but the chef made sure we had new dinner options every night. The chef made time for us during checkin to discuss the food options with us. Amazing service!

Nice resort. Excellent Gym with hot sauna tube & pool nearby. Main pool is not what I expected but other pool option (at residence area) makes me happy. Good breakfast available. However not so much dining option inside of facility (very remoted hotel location so not so much option outside). I stayed farm side and it is special experience. We stayed 6 days at this Four Season resort but too pricy comparing with other hotel resort in Chiang Mai. Lower price can host more visitors I think.

Just WOW! My husband and I just stayed at this stunning resort for 3 nights during our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible! Honestly wish we had more time because they offer so many activities at the resort to keep you busy every day. Every staff member was so warm and kind and treated us with such amazing hospitality. We are already talking about our return one day when we have children because they also cater well for young kids (kids club, etc). Special shoutout to Alisa who we had the pleasure of having as our server for our dinner meals the entire stay. She was such a sweetheart and so personable. Thank you Four Seasons Chiang Mai for making our special occasion so great!

Everyone at FS Chiang Mai was amazing. Every single person was friendly, kind, hospitable, made effort to learn my name and greet me with a friendly conversation each time I saw them. My only feedback would be that the promotions sheet in room didn't quite align with the spa. Spa was amazing, my therapist had magical hands, but didn't quite get the promo applied. Even so, still had an amazing experience. Khop khun kha to everyone at the FS Chiang Mai. :)
