"The accommodations were great and we made use of the available bbq for a great dinner cooked right outside our cabin. The farm animals were a hit with our girls and provided lots of entertainment. Our questions were promptly answered and the hosts were readily available. I recommend this place for families or just a quiet couple retreat."

"We were Not !! Told we were in a chalet cottage, it didn't advertise cottage either it was dark dingy and uncomfortable. The continued breakfast was stale croissants and the orange juice the bottle was black. There were no 24hr staff either "

"Kings Mills is one of the finest hotels we've stayed in, in Europe and the U.S. From the beautifully manicured gardens to the lovely decorated king suite, the great bar, sitting room, and dining room, it is exquisitely maintained and managed by a superb staff. The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We loved the gardens and enjoyed having breakfast and tea after a long day out. We would definitely recommend it to friends and plan on coming back...

"Unbelievable atmosphere; we were met at the door with a big welcome. We were seated in the reception area and offered a glass of champagne while we checked in. We were escorted to our room and familiarized with the amenities. Afternoon tea was wonderful! Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Our host Steve made our stay the best stay in Scotland! ."

"The brakfast and dinner was amazing, more than 5 stars. The huge parc was amazing too. The house with the sea view is perfect. The service was incredible good. The only thing I complain about is that the rooms and bathroom need to be renovated in his right old furniture style."

"Good clean hotel to stay for a night, a bit pricey but everything is in Scotland. There was an elevator which was nice. Parking was included and since we were leaving super early the next morning they offered us a to-go meal since we were missing breakfast."
