Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We stayed for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we were in the country but close to the city."

"The brakfast and dinner was amazing, more than 5 stars. The huge parc was amazing too. The house with the sea view is perfect. The service was incredible good. The only thing I complain about is that the rooms and bathroom need to be renovated in his right old furniture style."

"Lovely boutique style rooms in a gorgeous location with a terrific restaurant and bar on site. I’m so glad we stayed here. It was a perfect start to our visit to Scotland. Beautiful views over the water from the front porch of the hotel. Plenty of available parking. And a bus stop across the road from the hotel if you don’t want to drive. Beds were very comfortable. "Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side."

"Kings Mills is one of the finest hotels we've stayed in, in Europe and the U.S. From the beautifully manicured gardens to the lovely decorated king suite, the great bar, sitting room, and dining room, it is exquisitely maintained and managed by a superb staff. The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We loved the gardens and enjoyed having breakfast and tea after a long day out. We would definitely recommend it to friends and plan on coming back...
