The estate was lovely. The rooms were well appointed. The staff very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant service and food was great. The weather was wonderful while we were there and we were able to enjoy a glass of wine on the porch which was a perfect way to end a day.

Everything was great, clean, convenient, free parking and a spacious room. The only downsides were checking in was via automated kiosks. One was broken so I spent 20 minutes waiting in queue to check in just like other guests and the rooms picked up a lot of corridor and other room sounds that made for a bit of a disturbed night.

Location was great next to the disc golf and golf course. The parking was packed at night and difficult to find a spot after dark. They’re doing construction on the other side of the parking lot as of the end of September 2026 - and construction vehicles seemed to take up some of the spots. Breakfast was convenient. The room was as expected. The mattress was better than expected for comfort.

Hotel was under construction, but the room was comfortable and the food was some of the best we had in Scotland. Air conditioned, although not consistently in room.

The Hotel is old and poorly maintained especially on the outside. No phone in the room and I did not get the room I ordered. Room smelled musty and bathroom poorly ventilated

Nice clean room perfect for a family of 4. We stayed in 3 premier inns during this current vacation. West Inverness was the only one to leave a note welcoming us and leaving a toy/coloring books for the kids. A nice welcome, close to city Centre (1 mile). The restaurant unfortunately was short staffed and not taking in diners even though the restaurant was empty. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect!

Staff are polite and helpfull however hotel is in dire need of a renovation, its tired and worn, my rooms furniture had badly stained upholstery to the point I did not want to sit down, linens and towels were clean as was the bathroom, adequate for a one night stopover.

The only thing nice about this place was the breakfast. Our room needed a years worth of a dehumidifier. It smelled of mold. Amenities were terrible. Hallways needed vacuuming. Very old fixtures, carpet etc. probably has not been renovated since the 1980s

Tout d'abord les photos visibles a la réservation sont vieilles et l'aspect extérieur n'est plus aussi Propre. L'accueil manque de chaleur tant dans le mobilier que le personnel. La chambre est grande et propre dans l'ensemble mais les équipements datent un peu . Lors du petit déjeuner, le personnel est insuffisant, le buffet est réapprovisionné lentement et les tables n'étaient pas débarrassées. Enfin entre nos 2 nuits, personne n'est passé nettoyer la chambre

The room was spacious and very nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the coffee and tea station. We ate at the restaurant several times and they were always understaffed. The staff that were there were working very hard, but there were just too few. We waited at the hostess station for over 10 minutes before someone was able to seat us, then it took forever to order and get our food. The quality of the food was very average. But the location of the hotel was perfect for our activities.
