The whole hotel was spotless clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is one block away from the center of the action in Inverness. You may walk to the restaurants, movie theater, court, city building, and the old courthouse. The room was spacious and ultra clean. Highly recommend this place.

Check in was friendly and easy. Room was very clean including in the corners. The coffee that was offered in the lobby was very good! They also offered tea & hot cocoa. Parking is plentiful. The 3 issues that I found were that the vending machines were not labeled with prices, the over kill of lemon air freshener was a bit too much for me & there was no grab bar in the shower.

Nice for an overnight!

It was a decent hotel for the price and for one night…. Front desk personnel were friendly. There was an Olive Garden nearby which was perfect!

Tubing the River

All of the accommodations were quite nice. We had an enjoyable stay and the room was super clean and offered many options to cook or eat comfortable too.
Just 23 mins from the river and very close to downtown eateries and attractions of Inverness.

This is located in the historic downtown within walkingndistance of everything. It is clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff is very attentive. There is no breakfast, but the lobby does have coffee and fruit, and is in very close proximity to dining of all financial levels.

Proprty is new and clean. Its primary focus is upon long stays but we stayed one night. No breakfast at motel. Excellent local breakfast spot less than a mile away. Our only problem was that Expedia's AI unilaterally chaned our stay dates to a week away! You can't speak to a living Expedia cystomer service rep easily I self-resolved my issue but Expedia's AI is about to make me find an alternative.
