"The hotel is in a great quieter area that is very close by to train systems. There are multiple konbini stores within minutes of the hotel which is very convenient. The room that we stayed in was large enough for a small family of 4 with separate areas for adults and kids. The addition of washer and dryer is very helpful."

"The sq. footage was somewhat tight to be classified as an apartment. Should be identified as a studio. Shower, bathtub area was not standard size. It was small. The studio had all the amenities of an apartment.Clean comfortable. Cozy , firm bed. Nice size television. There is no transportation provided. They will call for a taxi, or arrange for airport transport.. Excellent quiet , safe neighborhood. Convenience stores within walking distance."

"Less than 5 min walk from train station. Train station also leads to Disneyland. Cozy and comfortable room. Mini kitchenette is very convenient to heat up food bought from convenient stores. Convenient stores are everywhere; 3-5 min walk distance from hotel. A lot of restaurants close by too! Less than 30 min away from Tokyo station."

"我們都很滿意酒店內的各樣設施，酒店房內都算清潔衛生，基本需要的日用品都很齊備。前台職員也很友善有禮，還會主動問候、提供協助和推介景點行程，對他們的服務態度印象深刻值得稱讚。酒店還提供行李暫存服務，省卻了入住前和後放行李的煩惱。距離上野/稻荷町駅也不太遠，附近也有24小時超市和便利店。整體都很滿意。"

"Our unit was spacious and clean. Enough space to park a stroller, leave 2 large suicases open and still have space to walk. The unit came with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. It was perfect for our family of 3 with a young child. Lawsons is right next door and there ate 2 grocery stores across the street with one of them being open 24 hours! The train station is also very close so we would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Kaget dengan penjelasan tidak ada petugas yang membersihkan kamar dan toilet. Kondisi ini seharusnya spesifik dijelaskan di web saat booking proses. Resepsionis hanya ada jam 8 pagi - 10 malam. Sangat merepotkan ketika ada kebutuhan mendadak. Sudah telanjur booking 4 malam dan bayar di muka. Kalau tahu kondisi ini di awal, tidak akan pesan kamar di sini. Hari ke 4 alarm kebakaran berbunyi jam 5 pagi. Petugas pemadam kebakaran berdatangan. Ternyata false alarm. Anak saya harus menunggu di luar...

"5 minutes walk to subway. Tons of eating and shopping options close by. Shops close around 6 pm but restaurants are open till later. Staff extremely helpful. Shipped bags to next hotel and it was super easy. Great place for families."

"Nos gustó mucho y sin duda regresaríamos, está a corta distancia de estaciones de metro pero sobre todo de UENO station a donde llega el Skyliner del Aeropuerto y de donde salen Trenes que van a localidades foraneas cercanas, cerca de muchos puntos de interés en Tokio, la cocineta equipada facilita mucho desayunos y cenas sobre todo si viajas con niños, muy cerca Seven eleven, family mart y muchas opciones de locales de comida en las estaciones de metro. "It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. Room was clean and spacious enough for our group 6 adults and 2 children, completed with sufficient basic amenities and kitchen utensils for simple cooking....
