"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt – eine große Auswahl und jeden Morgen etwas Abwechslung. Unser Zimmer war sauber und hatten Blick auf die Berge. Für das Auto gibt es sowohl Stellplätze draußen als auch eine Tiefgarage. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!"

"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...

"The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety."
