"IAbsolutely loved everything about this hotel! If you’re looking for an upscale stay in Grand Rapids, look no further. This place is stunning, with such a warm, cozy atmosphere and beautiful energy. It has all the elegance you could want while still making you feel completely comfortable. The design deserves a review of its own. Whoever created this space thought about every single detail. From the interiors to my gorgeous room, everything felt intentional and beautifully put together. I kept...

"Beautiful room and perfect location on the river."

"Room was definitely not inviting for the 2 nights I stayed. Old & Dark. Old, wobbly desk & coffee table in front of stained fold out couch. Stained light switches, air vent grates full of dust, broken light cover in bathroom, dirty & chipped up or missing wall/floor molding. I had to hold the lever down on the toilet ea time I used it so it would complete the flush. Small wall mounted tv in front of fold out couch with plug, surge protector wires hanging down the wall to the plug."

"This historic inn is pretty cute! The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Be prepared for some awkwardness when checking in, since you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the hotel stairs. Also, it says “continental breakfast” but there wasn’t much available when we were there. Don’t expect too much and just check out the bakery or coffee shop down the road instead (Haan’s and Morning Glow were both great). Would visit again!"

"Elevator was out of service on two different occasions. I’m 86 yrs old. Toilet was plugged on two different days. Requested room to be refreshed but it never happened. I cancelled and checked out after 3 nights."
