"The property was very clean, staff was friendly and beds were comfortable! The only thing that was crazy was the food monitoring! They have a little window where you have to ask for some food and they only give you what they “feel” like a serving is. I have never been to a hotel breakfast where the food was rationed! As much as we paid to stay there for 4 days, that was ridiculous if I am being honest! You need to change that! One of the other guests came down 45 minutes before breakfast was...

"Stayed two nights. First night (Fri), the people next door to us (609) were loud and playing music until 4am. Called security and was told they would let a manager know and the manager would call me back. The manager never called back. Second night, we found several dried blood spots on the bed comforter. Very nasty. Called housekeeping and they did change all of the bedding at our request. Not sure if I want to stay there again. "

"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center.
That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay.
Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."

"The staff and manger were unprofessional. The air conditioner in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep. No hair dryer was provided i had to call and get one. The room was nice but didnt make up for the rude staff. Terrible experience."
