Delta Hotels by Marriott Wichita Falls Convention Center
8/10 Good
"Beautiful hotel. Hotel restaurant and bar were under staffed. Intentionally booked room with breakfast, only to learn the restaurant was closed for breakfast. Ordering at the Starbucks counter, with noone available in the kitchen to prepare the order, being served in to go containers and eating at tables in the lobby while custodians vacuumed the lobby was unacceptable. To add to the chaos, there was also a gentleman who appeared to be struggling with mental health refusing to leave the lobby."

"Room was ok. The property is a bit dated but for a traveler passing through it’s ok. Didn’t try the breakfast but Cofe was tasteless. Staff were nice…"
