"Came in late night and just want to go up and rest and had to endure a staff mansplaining loads of unnecssary things. Car park space is very limited... Room condition is so old.. toilet seats coming apart.. not even the right size for the bowl. Wall paper coming apart. Paint job drips on the floor not even removed. You get a feeling nobody cares about your room so I wonder if they cared to clean the pillow and bedsheets properly. Only reason to sleep over is I'm too tired after a long drive. "

"The interior and aesthetics of the hotel were definitely a boutique vibe & I enjoyed my stay the. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the provided amenities. Was a short drive from Ipoh Station & within walking distance or short drive from other notable areas with Ipoh. Would definitely recommend to others or stay again :)"

"The air-con wasnt cold even thou it was set at 16 degrees... perspire the whole night.. hope the FM can do something about it in future.. other than that a is great especially the location.."

"All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days."

"The hotel seems to be designed for couple getaways. As a solo business traveler I felt awkward and was given a room right by the check-in counter. The biggest issue I faced was at checkout when 4-5 staff descended on the room to 'check' it and a couple minutes later a young man came out waving the white bed-sheet showing me a blue marker stain! I travel a lot and I don't remember ever taking a marker to bed! They were trying to extract an extorted 'tip' I guess because as soon as I took a serious tone with the man at the desk and mentioned I will recount all this in a review, they started apologizing for the 'confusion.' Also, there was another room next to mine near the entrance lobby and there was a couple staying there. I could hear them talk late into the night, the soundproofing leaves much to be desired."

" In need of refurb"

"First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead offered us a complimentary room, which we did not take."
