"Location was good as always. It was my second time staying at this hotel. Staff who did the check-in was friendly and accomodating, gave me a high floor room. Having said so, there are some things that didn't quite meet the basic expectations. The body shampoo container was empty and was not refilled, and the aircond was not cooling although switched it on for the whole day. We did not request for any housekeeping throughout the stay and only requested for additional bottles of drinking water....
