"This apartment style hotel was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. Plenty of space to open 3 large suitcases. The balcony offered a nice place to relax (although it was very hot outside during our stay). Hotel is located close to trains and food and shopping. Located in a quiet safw neighborhood. We fekt comfortable outaide at all times of the day and night. Staff was extrwmely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Tokyo"

"I felt really safe in this neighborhood. The hotel is well maintained but the smallest room is really small, if there are two adults in the same room it can feel crowded because the sink is in the room and the toilet is next to the bed . We had to upgrade our room and it was much better, the toilet was separated from the shower and separated from the bed area. "This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Tokyo. It was quiet, clean and located close to the train. There are lots of local restaurants, a 7-11 just a few minutes away. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious with washer/dryer, mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping and living space. Highly recommend"

"First of all, I would like to say thank you to the male staff who accepted our luggages for early check in. It really helped us a lot. We have 6 luggages in total family of 4. We arrived at around 1:30pm but the check in is at 4. The staff allowed us to check in our luggage ahead of time. The property is clean and very close to Iriya station like 3 minutes walk. And across the street there are 2 convenient stores one is 7eleven, the other one is written in Japanese so I don’t know how it is...
