Loved the area and loved the hotel! Only issue I had was the pillows had stains of blood on them and there was so much dust covered in the fan over the oven.

My husband, our 15-year-old son, and I LOVED this hotel, and we all had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually canceled the last couple of nights we had booked at another hotel and extended our stay here instead. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities went above and beyond our expectations. The location was also fantastic, with convenience stores (konbini) and train stations just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommend!

Washer/Dryer in the room ensure you have clean clothes daily. Kappabashi Street is just 5-10 mins away which is good for souvenirs. Plenty of train/subway stations nearby but the only con is that you have to walk about 10-15 mins to the stations. There are few supermarkets and convenience stores (Life, My Basket, Sanpei, Lawson, 7-11, etc.) in the area to get snacks or drinks before returning to the hotel.
