Front desk assisted but only after noting nothing was available and then finding the card in the room stating to call for bar needs. Many travels including myself would appreciate services for at least 11pm - 12am arriving late from business travel in."

"This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay.
