"The Jotel is VERY nice and clean but the room I stayed in had a awful Mildew/Wet smell to it. I had to keep spraying my body spray. I stayed 2 nights and when I left and came back you could still smell the wet smell but the hotel rooms and bathroom is Nice and your downtown in walking distance to alot of stuff. The parking structure was very convenient because its attached to the hotel. I would have given 5 stars but the wet damp smell."

"The hotel is very nice and clean, staff was friendly, no issues inside the building. There is a big lobby with coffee and a breakfast area. It is not in the best part of town, it is in an area where I was nervous my vehicle would be broken into, but it didn't happen. I would not recommend staying here if you plan to travel to an event at KEC, the traffic makes the trip from this location take about 45 minutes (when busy). If i had know this, I would have picked a different hotel."

"Took the van a long time to get us from the airport BUT once he did he was super nice and drove us straight there so we could order food before the bar closed. BUT I have to say....my daughter and I ordered the mediterranean bowl and 2 waters. $70!!! are you kidding me? It first was NOT as described on the menu nor did it have most of the ingredients in it that it should but for a piece of chicken on a bed a lettuce and rice to be $70 is outrageous. You are a hotel lobby bar not the Ritz....
