"This is a hidden gem that should be rated as a 5 star. The rooms were excellent, modern and luxurious. The furnishings in the room were exquisite. The bar area was excellent and the roof top area was beautiful, with excellent breakfast. Also, the location was very good; a short walk to Merrion Square and Trinity College. The only thing missing are proper parking options."

"Room was great. It had everything we need... Other than cold air. The AC wouldn't come on the whole stay. Not even a fan would blow so the room got stagnant. I did try to have front desk to fix it. In a what's app msg they said they'd "reset it on their end"; nothing happened and no follow up. Unrelated to take - the signature scent in the lobby is really nice but it's so thick in the air I couldn't sit in any of the lobby, restaurant areas bc it gave me a headache. "The hotel is cute and has so much character. This location is safe to walk around in. Because there was parking on site we were able to leave our car there as we explored Dublin. Walking to the main attractions from there was doable. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable.
