This is an incredible place to stay in Dublin. The location is just outside city center so you get a feeling of being in a neighborhood but everything is nearby. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby too. They do a good job of providing information and the room is great too. The one thing to make sure of is that you receive the entry email beforehand as you are on your own for entering the building and how to get room access.

Had a lovely 2-night stay here in Dublin before flying home. It's in a lovely neighbourhood and wasn't too far to walk to the city centre, but public transportation is also nearby and easy to navigate if you prefer. The air coach to the airport is also nearby (~6 minute walk). They provided clear instructions for check-in and the room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this stay!

The self check in process was easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great, especially if you’re attending an event at Aviva Stadium. I sleep hot. I know it’s common on this side of the pond to only have a comforter on the bed, but I have a hard time sleeping under a unless it’s freezing. So my only note would be that it would be nice to have a sheet on the bed too.

Pembroke was a perfect quiet overnight stay after traveling from the States and before heading to Northern Ireland. The entire property and neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops nearby to choose from. The only downside was parking for my rental. The street parking adds up and is annoying to have to schedule my activities in 3 hour increments. This is to no fault of Pembroke - just an FYI to any travelers with a car.

This was a hidden gem — well located by public transportation to the city centre, the airport and UCD, lots of great restaurants around the corner, quiet, and clean.

The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I and another guest were left waiting outside because neither of us had been provided with an entry code. I had to walk to a neighboring property just to find someone who could contact the host for us. When the host was finally reached, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform. To make matters worse, the room itself was quite cold. The heating did not start working properly until the following day, right around the time I was preparing to check out. Between the poor communication, lack of an apology, and uncomfortable room temperature, I would not recommend staying here.

Quaint Little Hotel

Clean, comfortable, quiet very close to restaurants walking to downtown Dublin city Center. Would recommend to anyone that is coming to Dublin to stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a true boutique property, with a level of attention to detail that stands out immediately. My room felt grand, with high ceilings, excellent pillows and bedding, and a beautifully considered design. Every detail felt intentional, from the finishes to the small touches that gave the room real character. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable — no creaky floors, noise issues, or anything that detracted from the stay. I had an excellent night’s rest, which is exactly what I needed before travelling. The location was also very convenient, as I was able to pick up the Aircoach shuttle to Dublin Airport nearby. A lovely hotel overall, and one I would happily stay at again.

Staff was very helpful via email but not at the hotel when we arrived, which was fine. Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for what we needed. We could have used a couple of extra blankets. ( extra blankets were available in a different area) but only one left when we looked for one) We appreciated we were in a lower room so less stairs to manage. Great location- definitely would return! Thank you!

Great stay

Loved the room, shower had great pressure if you didn’t use the rainfall head, comfy bed. Good restaurants around. A bit of a walk to downtown but we were happy with the location still.

I travel regularly to Dublin and have tried most of the hotels in the area. This is a guesthouse with great rooms. The rooms are well-kept, clean, air-conditioned, have coffee machines, and even a cork screw. The location is perfect, and it’s now my home in Dublin!

In 25 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Kleine Pension mit wenigen Zimmern. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
