"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

"We had two rooms because of the size of our party and we really enjoyed our stay. We were only minutes by foot from anywhere we wanted to go (landmarks and attractions and such). Across the street were several fast food restaurants as well as multiple grocery stores we could reach in less than a minute. "There should be a door to the toilet/ shower not a shower curtain . The water is slow to go down drain from shower so you have to go toilet with water on the floor .you should be able to open the door nearer to the kitchen as there is no extrator fan when cooking this is a health and safety issue "
