Cari Vila di Irlandia Barat

"This boutique hotel is in a wonderful location, looking down on bustling Quay St. Our room was well appointed, with a unique and tasteful design. Staff was very helpful. We felt like we were in the true heart of Galway, with dining, shopping, and attractions all right below our room. We really loved our stay and wish we could have been there for more than 2 nights."

"Beautiful hotel!"

"Waited outside in cold drizzle for 45 minutes for them to open the door because they forgot my reservation. I had to message them on Expedia because no one answered when I knocked. There was a kid kicking a football around for 30 of those 45 minutes, and when I went inside he was laying on a couch in the bar. So the kid couldn’t even say “hey ma, there’s an old lady knocking on the door?” There seemed to be no other guests. At the bar there was no one to chat with. The staff was nice but aloof....

"We were visiting for a couple days. We arrived by bus and the Mill St stop is only ~2-3 blocks to the hotel. The train station is farther but also walkable. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which was very nice. I'm not sure what is the difference from other rooms. The restaurants were good and the pub is also good. I enjoyed the live music in the pub on Thursday night. There are many restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance."

"The whole place was dirty and dusty. Also it was overrun by bus folks"

"The room was fine and the setting peaceful, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows super flat. Also no cold water in the shower??? The breakfast was good."
