"The room was large and every nice. Clean and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor, although it was called the "second" floor. Many stairs to climb. No elevator, but that was mentioned on the website. The room received the afternoon sun so was quite hot, with a fan to circulate. The bed was large and comfy, as were the pillows. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and very good. Coffee was excellent. The only recommendation I would like to suggest is to...

"We stayed at this property 20 years ago. We loved it then and now. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely setting. Thanks to Delia and her staff. Rest of staff was also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The only negative for us was that the rooms were too hot. Thank you."

"Right in the middle of everything!! Perfect location"

"I booked a B & B as advertised on Expedia!! When learning there was no breakfast, i spoke to the owner. He took no responsibility for the false advertising saying that it was Expedia's fault. He said he has told them many times. He said they have not had breakfast in 3 years. On Expedia , it is listed as a b&b with photos showing the breakfast area as well as reviews from guests about their breakfast. VERY VERY POOR ADVERTISING from Expedia and the owner!!
