"Our stay was great! "The room was clean and cozy! The shower was a bit small/ rundown but it’s like that for most of England/Ireland. AL was very helpful as he helped us with check in and check out. The breakfast was €15 but we didn’t eat at it. Very good location from the main town. If you’re using the Galway coach station it’s only a 7-8 min walk. During the night you can sometimes hear the other guests in their rooms talking and watching tv. But overall it’s mostly quiet. 9/10 would recommend ❤️"

"I prepaid this accommodation, and when I arrived there was no one there. My call to management did not go through. I walked throughout the property and called out, but no one responded. Waited a half hour, and had to find another accommodation, as it was getting later in the evening From what I saw, the place was extremely substandard. Would never recommend. My focus now is a refund."
