The hotel has had a recent makeover with modern floor and wall coverings and was clean and well presented, The room was spacious and well equipped and there was a sitting area with a sofa bed which was nice to have. The hotel was quiet with a Cracker Barrel next door across the car park which was handy for supper. The beds were comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area was spacious, clean and comfortable and doubled up as a bar area in the evening....

We stayed here as a stopover, and it was perfect. The reception staff were helpful, the pool was clean with well maintained loungers. Locally there was a good selection of nice restaurants and shops. Breakfast was slightly better than the standard usually offered in similar hotels but seating was at a shortage. Fruit was readily available for snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel very smart and clean. We appreciated the good value breakfast and the friendliness of all the staff. One small issue we had with our room was eventually resolved and a suitable gesture made as compensation. Would recommend this hotel for both its location and amenities.

Great stay. We were only here for one night but would have happily stayed longer. Rooms were modern and fresh, comfy beds with 4 pillows on each queen, big fridge and microwave in room too. We were on the 4th floor and it was very peaceful. Plenty selection at breakfast too! All staff we encountered were extremely friendly and more than happy to help. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!
