"The room had not been completely cleaned. Coffee grounds were in the sink, coffee still in the coffee maker. There was a cold, opened, alcoholic beverage sitting on the dresser. The facility is old and not well cared for. One of the elevators was out of order for a day or two. That said, it has a great pool area and is relatively quiet for the beach."

"The condo was very nice and very clean! The elevator did smell obnoxiously of cigarette smoke. I did like the key code to get in the elevator area. There was allot of strip noise even for out of season. Overall, it’s a very nice property and the condo itself was very nice!"
