"Loved Ms. Tracy at the front desk, Ms. Hattie at the omelet station, and Ms. Jenny in the dining area! They are very welcoming, excellent at their jobs, and outstanding representatives of Embassy Suites.
Our only complaint is that even if you turn down the air conditioning, it appears to be regulated and will only go so low."
