"The website says "pet friendly" which is why we specifically picked this motel. We arrived at 3AM. Not only is the lobby to the office locked, there's a sign on the window that we check in at that says "no pets". Seriously?! The staff memeber comes to the window, asks for my drivers license (normal), but then scans the bar code and proceeds to take over 15minutes to "check us in" all the while we're freezing outside.
