"Beautiful, historic hotel. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The exercise facility was the best I’ve ever seen with multiple rooms, peloton bikes, and so much equipment. The women’s locker room even had a dry sauna. They said they weren’t known for their views, but our room on the 22nd floor had a great view."

"Room was not cleaned fridge was gross. Staff was amazing though and so sweet other then room dirty hotel seemed very nice"

"We were charged $590 to stay for less than 24 hours at this hotel and had to hike up 4 flights of stairs with all of our stuff because they don’t have a functional elevator. The place doesn’t have parking available either and the ceilings are stained and literally falling apart. The room only came with 2 free water bottles and nothing else. The bathroom was dirty and the towels were stained."
