Despite arriving four hours after the official check-in window began, I was informed upon arrival that the room I had already paid for was unavailable. The primary issue was the lack of communication and hospitality. My family and I were asked to wait by the front desk for approximately 30 minutes while the staff coordinated a solution, yet we were never offered an apology for the inconvenience. The indifference shown by the staff made an already frustrating situation much worse. I expected the high standard of service typically associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be reconsidering my future bookings with this chain."

"The room was very clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! It gave us the fuel we needed for a day at the aquarium. Valet was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing missing was a pool. "
