Hotel murah di Ironsides

"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"The hotel overall is very clean. Any staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. We stay there on our way from NY to SC every year and will be staying again on our return trip."

"Room was clean and so was hotel. Good location as well. However, breakfast was not free which I thought it was, so that was a little misleading. Also, parking was a headache. Parking was not free, 11.50 per day and I had to go online thru some website to sign in to pay for it. Hard to do and was unnecessary and unanticipated. Also, wifi was hard to sign in as well. Hilton should be better."

"This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. "I had a couple of towels in the bathroom with hairs that werent mine on them, they did not do any housekeeping once during my whole 4 night stay. I had to go down each night and get fresh towels for the next day because they never serviced our room once even after I complained a couple times about it. The breakfast buffet was poorly done, not enough bacon each morning to feed all guests, pancake maker didnt work, everything was either too dry or too greasy or they ran out of stuff."

"The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention...

"Negatives: Supposed to be 100% smoke free hotel. Room smelled like smoke especially bathroom. Asked for Lysol or some kind of air freshener and was told nothing available. Took blanket off bed and an empty travel size bottle of fireball fell out of it. Was told room would be cleaned again next day. Still stunk. Let my infant son crawl on the floor. His knees and toes were stained black. Lobby too cold for people exiting pool. Positives; easy check in. Good layout. Convenient to highway. Ok...

"No coffee in the AM during breakfast. Could not grab a yogurt cup to go. That institutional yogurt dispenser was very unappealing. I don’t think it would kill you to have a brand name single serve yogurt available on ice. I ended up going to the local Starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee and a yogurt that I could eat while on the road."
