"Lady in front desk was kind she let us check out at 12 with no charge but the only bad thing you can’t check in before 3pm , we stay for two days due to Navy ceremony so we arrive 11am and me and my daughter we have to wait 4hrs to have a room which is really bad I ask the lay in front desk if don’t have any room available and she said maybe yeah but check in is at 3pm , Lady in the cafeteria was super nice always with a smile and good attitude I don’t know her name but she is pretty too...

"The lady at the lobby during the daytime was very professional and not the same happened with the second shift, my room was not cleaned and were telling me that it was my fault. Breakfasts were good and ALIX made a difference with her service and attention to details basically constantly helping guests; She provided a very good customer service. Very disappointed with the smell of the room and think that rate is overpriced."

"We experienced the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you could possibly imagine at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel. We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Additionally, we were there to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and the dog sitter we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute.
