"When I go to Yuma, I stay here. It used to be a chain of some sort, but the owners are now independent. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and modern. The breakfast is good for self-serve and they have a free happy hour. There is a grill station if you want to eat in. I didn't use the pool, but it is large and attractive. Kids would love it. And the prices are reasonable. Yuma is overflowing with hotels and more are being built. This place is a reason to try an independent operator."

Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. "The front dest staff was great. She got us into our room early. My husband had surgery that morning. I knew he would not make it until 3:00. Staff got us in at 1:30. What we did not like was the long walk from parking to the room. We were right behind tennis court. In my opinion the court could be removed to allow closer parking to the room. There are also a lot of stairs in the complex. Staff gave us a downstairs room but had to use stairs to have breakfast and get ice."

"The ac unit worked very well. And the shower was excellent. The sweetener. Packets had dried coffee splattered all over them for 3 days. The trash can lid was finally cleaned after I complained on the 3rd day. Had days left on reservation and couldn’t take it any longer, ask for a refund and couldn’t not get one! Never again!"

"Wonderful experience overall, the AC could feel a little crisp. The fan was on but it felt like the room did not have the cool crispness you’d expect on warm days. Enjoyed the stay."
