"Extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $538.50 for a room that was advertised to accommodate my family of five, only to arrive and be told the room I reserved was unavailable. The replacement room had fewer sleeping accommodations and a stained pullout sofa bed that my children were uncomfortable using. "I honestly cannot recommend this place at all. For the price we paid, the lack of basic cleanliness was shocking. The property feels totally neglected, the floors were covered in black marks, and our bed sheets actually had stains on them. When we asked for fresh sheets, the staff told us they only wash them every 14 days, which makes me seriously worry about what happens between checkouts. The "complimentary breakfast" is a joke—just coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a muffin. To top it all...
