"Delighted we went ahead and booked this hotel. We arrived a day later due cancelled flight. Communication back from hotel reception was fantastic. When we eventually arrived 12 evening the receptionists were fabulous, nothing too much bother. Hotel was in a good area for getting about the city. Rooms were clean, lovely big beds and all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Certainly return if ever back in NY"

"The elevators were slow and one not working at all. Adam at the front desk was nice and helpful. Our room was pleasant and clean. It was close to 4:00 when we got in and we were having a dinner and seeing a play. We only had a short time to get ready. We were impressed with our room . Very relaxing."
