A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. The location was perfect, very easy to go out and explore Vienne, we had a great time seeing jazz around the city at night, a magical experience."
