"I have been visiting this hotel since 1993. My family and I love this place. They were currently remodeling the rooms which I think was a great idea. I was a little taken back by a few things. In The past upon arrival if u had a child you would get a little bag with 4 marshmallows with chocolate and graham crackers for smores, which it’s a great start to our trip to go to the fire pit at night. This time I was charged $10.00 for 4 marshmallows ( bring your own for that price) And the last thing I was very upset about was the beach area. I love this place and the beach area is small . Why can’t it be maintained?? Clean all the old seaweed, restore the few beds and cabáñas. It’s a beautiful spot to relax. And I was very disappointed that upon check in we were told we could not go to Gilligan Island because the Cpt of the boat quit! So for the price I payed for 2 rooms I felt a bit upset this time around. The place is beautiful! Peaceful great location to relax. Not a party location!! I was a bit disappointed . But it’s worth visiting it’s a gem 💎."

"Lugar agradable, tranquilo y en conección con la naturaleza. Todas las facilidades estaban en condiciones óptimas y limpias. El staff es bien dispuesto, cooperador y muy excelentes anfitriones. Lo más importante para mi es que son una hospedería pet friendly y los visité con mi mascota Mía 🐩🐾. Fue una grata experiencia. Los volveré a visitar."

"Limpio y excelente servicio. Durante los días de semana la barra de la piscina está cerrada. Sugiero que la abran todos los días. Además, sería bueno que los socios tengan descuentos en bebidas alcoholicas."

"Staff was very cordial and pleasant. Great attitude with all guests. When asking them questions, they were attentive and helped when possible. Rooms were neat and very clean. Good size closet and drawers. Has small fridge. Iron and ironing board not in rooms, but available when asked at front desk. There pool is outdoor with access to bathrooms, and with an outdoor rinse shower. It may look small but is cozy. Note: need to ask front desk staff for pool towels. Ran into a little problem with their TV not working and they were quick to address the issue. I am not used to not being able to control AC in the room, but in this hotel, they have their digital room control on locked mode, so you need to asked the staff to adjust it to your liking, (which was a simple phone call) but at least for me, it felt awkward, as you need to bother them several times until you feel comfortable. Parking is limited around the hotel, but they provide you with a parking pass to a nearby guarded Lot on second floor as is designated for hotel guests and walking distance is no more than 2-3/minutes. And for me, that is a normal average hotel parking walk. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and if I was to return, I would stay here again."
