"The main pool bar and restaurant was being renovated during our stay. Some guests were advised by their travel agent up front . We were not informed. I contacted Expedia during my stay but have been told that there is nothing they can do. "Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool.
Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. "

"Schlechter Service, Wellnessbereich wurde nie gereinigt- ein Pflaster vor den Stufen zum Pool lag mehr als 10 Tage an der selben Stelle. Essen schlecht , jeder zweite Teller war dreckig. "

"Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards.
Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde.
Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte...
