"Wonderful staff! Beautiful and clean place."

"We traveled with 2 other couples and had a lovely experience at Tropical Suites. Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff was pleasant and helpful. We ate in the on-site restaurant for several meals and the food was always tasty no matter the selection or time. Our room had a kitchen area and was a good size. They left complimentary champagne as a welcome gift. We travel to Bocas at least once a year if not more. This was our first stay here and we will absolutely be back. The...

"We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement. The staff was very helpful was able to get us a water taxi to out charter boat destination. The five staff was very helpful since they are all connected."
