We love being alone on this island, the hotel is clean and the staff is really dedicated and helpful. Please be aware that it's a very quiet area, so perfect to take a break from the busy cities like Barranquilla or Carthagena... I would suggest that the hotel gives more information on their page regarding transportation to the island, because even if it was a dream to be alone on a luxury boat during 2 hours, it's also a bit expensive! We loved the beach, the visit of the zoo (parque ecologico) and the calm of the island.
