"Good breakfast; large rooms. Very bad room location; no view with limited privacy. This was the darkest room I have ever seen in a hotel. It seemed like a poor room reserved for Expedia customers. The low toilets are uncomfortable for adults and are outrageously bad for the elderly."

"The gentleman who checked me in was very warm and professional - he said “welcome back” which was true but he made me feel welcome like an old friend coming home. I travel to Goleta for business and ALWAYS stay at your hotel. I also love that the pillows and bedding smell fresh - I had one of the best night’s of sleep I can remember on the road 👍"

"The room was very basic but clean It is showing some signs of wear, a scrape in paint in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod is rusting. The breakfast was the same every day, no sliced bread for toast, no waffle maker, powdered eggs, shaved bacon sausage alternating. Only vanilla yogurt from a machine. We have been coming here off and on for over 20 years. We noticed the changes."

"We had just come from a Hampton Inn in AZ and I did not feel like this one was comparable. Room was not as clean. Residue still left all over the lotion dispenser. Had to ask for soap. Had to pay for parking. Funny how it’s the same chain but each facility differs."

"Easy check in…friendly staff. We had a long day of travel and a super late arrival. Front desk made check in super easy so we could get right to our room. Convent location to the airport."

"nicely renovated property with bespoke feel. lobby was lively and outdoor space with swings and fire pit was enjoyable. pool area nice but the hot tub was overrun by kids. we were in a family suite for 4 but our room had only two towels and we kept having to call for more. best value for price in the area. will stay again."

"There are people permanently living in this hotel. Not sure where they were living before but there are some serious characters that hangout in the lobby and around the property. Did not feel very safe. Would not recommend for anyone with a family or children."
