"Their property was beautiful. The pool was so much fun, beautiful pictures that we took with family!The restaurant , the food was awesome delicious the staff was very very attentive. The staff were helpful suitcases up and down the stairs. Awesome very helpful to let us know what things were around the area. Beautiful, beautiful place. I would definitely recommend this place and beautiful clean! Fun fun!"

"We ended up extending an extra night we loved it so much. Definitely recommend the night hike. Be warned- it is remote so only the on site restaurant (carrot soup was amazing) and sometimes limited water. Only accessible by 4x4 but easy to organize a ride with the lodge. Waking up to howler monkeys above your casita it totally amazing. "

"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing.
