We had a great time at Estrada. It’s a small cozy property with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms were nice with a mix of modernist and colonial vibes. Breakfast was great. They lady who served breakfast everyday is amazing. Property is right behind the cathedral so you get the quietness as well as easy access.

The stay was great and overall our best experience in Nicaragua. The receptionist Skarlet was very nice and attentive to all our needs. The entire place was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Granada.

A block and a half off of the central park. Great location, far enough to be quiet and yet gives walking access to all the restaurants and attractions in the downtown area.

The loft room is absolutely beautiful! We slept upstairs with my daughter downstairs. The air conditioning keeps the temp comfortable. The staff were gracious and helpful. The hotel is accessed by a locked gate the leads into a beautiful courtyard, so we felt very safe. Loving the Estrada!

Very convenient location. Only one staff can speak English. I wish they put a doorbell in the front gate so they can hear that people are coming. They always lock the front gate and most of the time I have to shout to alert them that I’m at the gate. I wish they laundry the pillow cases, towels, and bed sheets so well, coz it smells musty. Breakfast is good.

The staff was great, howe, however we were moved to three different rooms due to rain entering the room through the roof. We were not offered any compensation and ended up in a room with only one bed when we initially paid for the loft room that had two beds.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the old town one block from the main center. Everything is walkable. The hotel was very clean and the service was outstanding. It is a small location with only 7 rooms that are facing the inside courtyard as is traditional in Granada. The service and the food (full Breakfast was included) were superb. The hotel’s concierge Skarlet was unbelievable. She was available for anything we needed at all times of the day and night as well as on her days off - what dedication! She helped us with transportation and advice on the town and even sent her husband to Driver us somewhere when we decided to change our plans at the last moment. We enjoyed our stay in Granada and at the hotel and highly recommend the experience.

The Estrada Hotel was by far the BEST we stayed at in Nicaragua. Clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel and the staff was AMAZING! Every single one of them was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. We especially appreciated Skarlet. She was friendly and quick to help with directions, laundry, whatever we needed. The restaurant serves very yummy food and again the staff went above and beyond. The location is fabulous! Close to and walkable to everything. We had to cut our trip to Ometepe short and came back to Granada unexpectedly we tried to book at the Estrada again, but it was full. We booked somewhere else and it definitely did not compare. The Estrada will be our go to for any future trips. Don't hesitate to book with them, you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Estrada! The staff were all very welcoming, kind, and friendly. They help us arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel prior to our trip, which was extremely helpful and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect and allowed us to walk to plenty of things. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Bistro Estrada this past weekend. Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh juice and big smiles. Our room was perfect, very clean adorable. The bistro area is very pretty and quaint. Our server at breakfast (I didn't get her name) greeted us every morning with a big smile. She was very friendly. We also had drinks at the bar one night and the waitstaff there were so friendly. The employees really go out of their way to make you feel special.

There were two things I was not happy with, one, the window curtains are too small for the windows and lights from the outside come in and also in the morning the sun comes thru, and the other thing I was not happy about was the parking, in the hotel description it says that they have VALET PARKING, but they do not tell you that YOU have to go with the valet person to take the car to their parking lot which is 4 blocks away so he can open the gate and then you have to walk those 4 blocks back, and the same will be when you want to grab your car back, you have to walk with the valet person so he can open the gate for you, that is not VALET PARKING. This is something they need to put that in the description of the parking situation. Other than that, hotel is spectacular, bedrooms are very clean and quiet and the staff is very nice, breakfast is also excellent. I'd stay here again but if they fixed the parking situation.
It was a rainy morning and this hot cup of coffee was my companion for a perfect day ahead.

Amazing experience. Beautiful hotel that is walkable to many touristy spots. Breakfast is to order and was good. The mattress was the only thing that was a little uncomfortable, but aside from that everything was perfect!!
