The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any special request. Mr Raza Subtain was definitely very pleasant at all times in his daily greetings. It was a joy to get to know him and the fro t desk personnel.

The stay was comfortable. The staff was nice. They could upgrade their room by adding a few simple steps. Such as a better quality of toilet paper roll. They were really rough and hard to use. Also, please provide a couple extra in the bathroom. It would be great if you could provide a coffee machine and some coffee pods, sugar, and sweeteners. The breakfast was good, but there was still no coffee. Just a tea. Other than that, the location is nice. Close to the metro station and indrive is available.

An excellent hotel that was clean, luxurious and a decent price. Sibtain the manager was super friendly. Having a restaurant next door is a huge positive. Definitely recommend this hotel whether you are solo or with family.

Tertemiz pırıl pırıl butik bir otel, otel personeli hep güler yüzlü. Şehir önemli yerlerine yakın kısa taksi mesafesi ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Sadece kahvaltı genelde yerel yiyecekler var biraz batıya yönelik altenatifler olmalı... Tekrar gitsem aynı yerde kalırım...

So i booked this for my parents. overall okay. My parents didnt have access to wife and it took alot of time for someone to help. I had to call the hotel for someone to go help as my parents cant speak urdu or english. Also, they dont have options to use a desktop and print some documents.

Cockroaches everywhere in my room and bathroom. Staff came in at midnight and sprayed chemicals which didn't really help but gave me a sore throat. Slept for about 4 hours with the lights on to keep the bugs away as best I could. Construction immediately outside of my window and the front of the property which was not disclosed. Check-in and bell staff were very good. Older manager had the nerve to ask us for a job because we are Americans.

3 night stay in Islamabad for Fhampions Trophy

The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need. Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific. The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating at. I would stay here again if in Islamabad, if only because of the extreme friendliness of the staff and the good location, being in Blue Area within a couple kilometers from Centaurus Mall

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. For the price it was good. The area is very easy reach of the highway to the airport, and if heading out of the city, also very easy to get to local malls and restaurants etc. we dined in the Tabaq restaurant a few times, food was very good and very big portions for the price paid. The only issue was noise from outside and inside the hotel. The housekeeping office appears to be in the corridor and therefore everytime the phone rings, it’s like it’s ringing in the bedroom, and the phone rings all day and all night, you can hear every conversation from outside, and it’s uncomfortable for privacy as everyone outside can most likely here you from inside your room. I would stay here again, not on this floor or in this room though.

A hidden gem with great service!

Just wanted to say that I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and it was a pleasure - a real hidden gem - the staff were great and catered for all your needs - the reception staff and Sibtain Raza made you feel at home - I would recommend a stay here - location great and metro is only a few mins away. Will return soon.

I would have to say the staff are what make this place. Amazing customer services from all. Especially the managers and reception staff so helpful and supportive. I stayed 11 days in total. The only suggested improvement which is really minor is the bathroom could be upgraded. The room was excellent with lots of space. Well done keep up the good work and see you soon.

It was 3 night stay included fresh morning breakfast, free bottle of water and free airport shuttle service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Receptionists Abid, Usman and all members of hotel were very polite, helpful. I have attached all pictures. Most of my family members and friends didn’t believe it was 3 start hotel because the service and hotel room was like 4 star. I will highly recommended this hotel to stay in blue area because near by metro bus station to access everywhere easily.
